Questions people usually ask

Do I need to understand AI?

No. Choose the business result you need. Nuera handles the setup and explains what you need to provide in plain language.

Is Nuera only for very small businesses?

Nuera is designed first for New Zealand businesses with fewer than five people and owners who do not want complicated technology. Other New Zealand businesses can use the services where the same outcome fits.

Can I speak with Nina?

Yes. Nina is available when a conversation, decision or exception needs a person. Most defined services can be bought without a meeting.

Is every service fully automated?

No. A service is described as automated only after the complete workflow has been proven. Some work includes Nina review or another stated human step.

Can I keep control of my accounts?

Yes. Nuera prefers customer-owned accounts and systems where practical. The service page explains any access required.

Can I upload my own documents and information?

Yes, when the service needs them. You may be able to type, speak, upload files, add links or connect a system. Only provide what the intake requests.

Can Nuera analyse my documents and give me a plan?

Yes, where a paid analysis service is available. You can use the plan yourself or buy implementation from Nuera.

What happens if I want changes?

Use the feedback included with the service. If you request additional work, you see the exact NZD price before approving and paying for it.

Can I manage the result myself?

Yes. Choose handover and use the supplied documentation and learning material. If you prefer, Nuera can keep managing eligible services for a recurring fee.

What happens when AI is unsure?

The work is not silently marked complete. It is checked, retried where safe or sent to Nina for review.

Are the examples real customer results?

Only when explicitly labelled as an approved customer story. Otherwise, they are demonstrations of how the service works.

Are advertising costs included?

The service page separates Nuera’s work from advertising spend and other provider costs.

Are prices in New Zealand dollars?

Yes. Customer-facing prices are in NZD and show their GST treatment.
